Spring and Winter Minglers
Oregon Columbia IABC's Spring and Winter Minglers are always popular and successful events. Whether you are a seasoned member or a newcomer, the mingler events are the perfect example of what our organization is all about. There are always plenty of refreshments, a no-host bar, door prizes and of course, lots of mingling. Don't miss this semi-annual evening event of food, fun, and fellowship!
ABOUT AWARDS
Communicator Awards
The OCIABC Annual Communicator Awards program is wonderful and classic
chapter event that gives presenters a chance to have their communication
pieces judged by their local peers and allows us to see some of
the premier communications work happening in the Portland area.
Gold Quill Awards
For more than 25 years, IABC's Gold Quill Awards program has been
the hallmark of excellence in business communication. From the many
thousands of entries submitted throughout the years, only the most
outstanding communicators have been honored with this coveted award.
The IABC Gold Quill Awards program is an annual international
competition which offers professional communicators an opportunity
to have their work evaluated by expert judges.
Silver Quill Awards
Newest awards program sponsored by IABC. Designed for highlighting
the achievements in the Northwest in IABC districts 4 and 6.

ABOUT CONFERENCES
Communicators Conference
The Annual Portland Communicators Conference is held each spring,
drawing dozens of communications and public relations professionals from the Portland/Vancouver metropolitan
area. The Communication Conference is always worthwhile and a great value at less than $50 for IABC and PRSA members.

IABC International Conference
Each year IABC hosts it's amazing International Conference where hundreds of communicators from dozens of countries attend
multiple days filled with seminars, sessions, networking, and professional development. Evenings consist of receptions, awards and top-notch entertainment. It's a memorable, content-rich, invigorating experience for all who attend!
