Our chapter mission is "to provide lifelong learning opportunities
that give our members the tools and information they need to excel
in their chosen disciplines." Mission objectives:
- Cultivate and engage a diverse membership.
- Provide a range of professional development opportunities that enrich the knowledge and skills of members.
- Ensure a stable financial foundation to support chapter goals.
- Promote excellence and awareness of communication as an integral function through recognizing members' successful professional contributions.
- Use a range of communications tools to inform and connect our IABC communication community.
- Create a culture of involvement, commitment, and rewarding chapter leadership.
The local chapter is governed by an elected board of directors.
